Celtic's title bid to be dealt crushing blow

Those that backed our Tuesday night European tips enjoyed a small profit thanks largely to Palermo upsetting Italian champions AC Milan in the Coppa Italia. We're hoping to deliver even more success in this evening's big continental clashes...

Auxerre v Lyon (6pm, Betfair Live Video)
A 3-2 win over champions Marseille saw Lyon maintain their slim title chances, however defeat away to Auxerre would kill off their bid, and has to be rated rather likely given that they've lost their last two on the road and visit a side that are unbeaten in seven. The hosts are available to back at [4.1].

Levante v Barcelona (7pm, Sky Sports 2)
A point will confirm Barcelona as La Liga champions, but they are expected to take all three at [1.3]. The key trend though is that Levante haven't lost by more than a goal at home since the opening day and were seen off only 2-1 at the Camp Nou, so back Levante +1.5 at [2.09] on the Asian Handicap.

Hearts v Celtic (7.45pm, Sky Sports 1)
Neil Lennon may learn at Tynecastle that accusing your next opponents of lacking application in their previous fixture borders on idiocy. Hearts have lost once in Edinburgh since October and Celtic have been beaten on two of their last three trips to face them, indicating that they are worth a lay at [1.51].

Inter v Roma (7.45pm, ESPN)
Coppa Italia holders Inter head into the second leg of this semi-final against Roma with a 1-0 lead, so don't need to win, which is ideal given their poor record against them at the San Siro. The Giallorossi have been conquered just once away under Vincenzo Montella, making the Inter lay appeal at [1.9].

Osasuna v Sevilla (9pm, Sky Sports 2)
Sevilla desperately need a response to Saturday's 6-2 home hammering at the hands of Real Madrid, as Gregorio Manzano battles to earn a second season, but they meet an Osasuna team fighting for survival and beaten only three times as hosts, so a draw appears the most likely outcome at [3.65].

Dunno where the imaginary 2-0 lead was pulled out of for the Inter match but I'd recheck that because they won 0-1 in Rome. Drop the lay for a win given the injuries Roma have as well

Cheers for the heads up regarding the typo with the first-leg score Patrick - duly amended.

As soon as I saw you were tipping Celtic to get beaten by Hearts I placed a £25 win bet on Celtic.

Thank you!

P.S. You couldn't pick your nose!

Our pleasure! Will you be placing your winnings on Celtic winning the title at [4.8] then?

PS: we did actually make a £33.01 profit backing the suggestions above, so it wasn't all bad...
