Bet as much as £30 risk free on Tottenham

There's no denying that Tottenham head into their first ever home Champions League group game in far from perfect form but that will be all forgotten once the famous theme song rings out at White Hart Lane ahead of their clash with Dutch champions FC Twente.

The Lilywhites have won just one of their last six matches in all competitions, an unconvincing 3-1 triumph over Wolves courtesy of three late goals, however their record in north London remains impressive and this is the fixture that everyone associated with the club has been looking forward to.

Harry Redknapp's men are [1.92] to defeat their fellow group stage debutants and thanks to our special offer for those opening new Betfair accounts, you can stake up to £30 on them or absolutely anything that catches your eye within seven days of signing up and any losing wagers will be refunded.

FC Twente are admittedly unbeaten since losing title-winning boss Steve McClaren, yet their start under his successor Michel Preud'homme hasn't been wholly convincing, with five of their eight Eredivisie and Champions League games finishing level. They've also lost nine of their last 13 European away ties.

Contrast that with Tottenham, who have only lost three European home matches in their history, and who won their dress rehearsal for tonight's grand occasion 4-0 against Young Boys, and it's hard to look beyond the hosts.

Spurs' current inability to keep clean sheets, hardly a surprise given that William Gallas, Ledley King, Michael Dawson and Younes Kaboul are all out injured, lends itself to punts on both teams scoring at [1.8] and over 2.5 goals at [2.0], with another 3-1 not out of the question at [17.0].
