Andy's Tuesday tips - Stoke to regain form
This will be a tight Tuesday night game between two teams sat just above the relegation zone in the Premier League - in 17th and 15th respectively. That doesn't mean it won't be an eventful fixture though and there may be room for some flashes of individual brilliance.
Birmingham are a tough side to break down with Barry Ferguson holding things together in a determined midfield. However, Stoke at home are very adept at mixing it up and the Britannia Stadium's fantastic crowd will help to give them the edge here.
While these teams will get about each other and not allow anyone time on the ball, it could turn out to be a more cultured player who makes the difference.
I've always felt that Tuncay Sanli is a very talented footballer. I liked him in his Middlesbrough days and, although he's in and out of Tony Pulis' team, I fancy backing him to score. He has quality, he scored a wonderful goal against Manchester United and I believe he could be the catalyst for an important home win.
