United heavy odds-on for title
Manchester United once again left it late before snatching three priceless Premier League points - scoring the lone goal of the early kick-off against Everton in the 83rd minute.
Javier Hernandez's header rewarded In-Play punters who took a high of [3.85] on a United win, denying backers of the draw at [1.49]. The goal leaves the leaders at [1.15] to win the league.
The goal marks another notch in Chicharito's fine debut season in English football. With 11 goals to his name Hernandez is a live contender in Betfair's top goalscorer, top four market, where he has been matched at [18.0].
IN the pick of the 3pm kick-offs Spurs again turned on the entertainment at White Hart Lane while not quite getting the result they desired. In a topsy-turvy match visitors West Brom opened the scoring before the hosts came back to take a 2-1 lead through goals from misfiring strike pair Roman Pavlyuchenko and Jermain Defoe.
But the Baggies do not know when they are beaten and Simon Cox smashed home an 81st minute equaliser. Spurs were matched at [1.12] to win with the draw trading at [9.2]. Tottenham are now [6.4] to finish in the top four.
Hot on their heels are Liverpool - who destroyed Birmingham 5-0 at Anfield - a scoreline that was matched at [75.0]. A Maxi Rodriguez hat-trick was the catalyst for the win with Dirk Kuyt and Joe Cole weighing in too.
Neither Wolves or Blackpool could ease their relegation fears with a pair of 1-1 draws leaving them mired at the wrong end of the table. Of the two Blackpool are favoured to go down, trading at [1.38] compared to Wolves' [2.0]. Aston Villa and Stoke also drew 1-1.
Steve Bruce secured a vital win for his ailing Sunderland side, who fought back from a goal down to win 4-2 over Wigan. The Black Cats were backed at [11.5] In-Play on Betfair. Wigan are [1.55] to go down.
