Andy's Tuesday tips - Man Utd will walk it

As a Rangers fan I'm secretly hoping that Manchester United could be a little complacent ahead of this match and think they just need to show up on the day to pick up three points.

That said, I've been in this game too long to know that complacency isn't something we see much of when Sir Alex Ferguson is in charge of a football team, so all logic dictates that a comfortable home win is the most likely outcome.

Rangers will go out to make life difficult for United and try to frustrate them by running everything down and denying United's creative players space, but the truth is there's a big gulf in class between these two sides and it will probably be a case of damage limitation for Walter Smith. They know they'll have far more winnable games ahead of them and will look to get this one out of the way and move on.

Wayne Rooney may be the United striker making all the headlines right now, albeit for the wrong reasons, but it's been Dimitar Berbatov who has impressed me the most from amongst their forward men so far. The former Bulgarian international was heavily criticised in some quarters for calling it a day with the national side at a relatively young age, but both he and United will benefit from his decision.

My money is on the talented former Spurs man cashing in on Tuesday night.

Recommended Bets:
Back Manchester United to win 3-0 at [8.4]
Back Dimitar Berbatov to score at anytime at [1.62]
