Manchester City haven't netted in three meetings with Tottenham but having struck in each of their last 17 encounters at Eastlands, and with top goalscorer Carlos Tevez expected to play a part after a lengthy absence, that should change tonight. Spurs have fired in 16 of their last 17 away games against the Citizens though so look for both teams to score at [1.82].
Three of the last four clashes between the clubs have featured more second-half goals than first-half strikes, with the one exception being the goalless draw back in August. In addition, three of Manchester City's last four matches have followed the same pattern, as have five of their last seven delving further back.
