Andy's Monday tips - Chelsea won't flop
I don't think Blackpool will go down. The way they play the game means that they should pick up enough wins; it's the teams who draw too many games at the back end of the season that I worry about.
But Charlie Adam, who has been one of the best players in the division this season, sits this one out again through suspension and I'm not sure they'll be able to create enough chances in his absence. That's no disrespect to Blackpool, it's just a fact that their strength doesn't lie in defence.
Chelsea are full of confidence after that win against the league leaders and I can't see them slipping up. David Luiz may have been lucky to stay on the pitch in that match but he's made a wonderful start to his career at the club and they look a better team with him.
As for Fernando Torres, he hasn't scored yet but I don't think giving him a rest is the right thing to do. You need games under your belt when you've just joined a new team and the goals will come sooner or later.
I wouldn't be too surprised if Carlo Ancelotti decides that this is a game in which he can play a forward trio of Torres, Nicolas Anelka and Didier Drogba and find out whether that's the best way of playing against sides who adopt a more open approach to the game. This should make for an entertaining spectacle but I can only see one winner.

pray for a win,but i think Carlo should use matches like this to give josh a chance for playing his part in the team.lamps is old and have lost form and we must see him replaced next season if we want to win trophies.malouda,anelk,bosingwa,farreira,mikel should all leave cause they play without passion and drive.

Chelsea are back in the title race. Although 12 points behind United, they have two games in had and have to play the creaking Mancunians at Old Trafford. So there is every incentive for Chelsea to increase their goal difference in this game as goal difference could well be the deciding factor in the title race. Blackpool have not been given a good hiding at home this season; I'm not sure why, because they are basically a Championship team who I expect to return to that division at the end of the season. I expect Chelsea to be firing on all cylinders tonight with Drogba and Torres up front(hopefully!). My prediction is Blackpool's first big home defeat of the season;
Blackpool 0 Chelsea 6
