Big prizes for backing Blackpool on Betfair
Blackpool have now won more Premier League away games this season than last year's top two Chelsea and Manchester United have managed combined after enjoying their fifth travelling triumph of the campaign at Sunderland on Tuesday.
The Seasiders' incredible year ended on a huge high as they became the first side to beat Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in the Premier League this season and only the second to do so in 2010 and the consequence is that - having collected 25 points from just 17 games - they are out to [5.4] to be relegated.
It was also Ian Holloway's men's fifth clean sheet on the road and anyone who had £10 on the 2-0 margin of victory on Betfair was rewarded with a massive £427.50 return - even accounting for the maximum five per cent commission - whereas Ladbrokes customers had to settle for just £200.
There was also more money to be made betting against other punters on Betfair as Blackburn picked up their first win under new boss Steve Kean with an impressive 3-1 success against West Brom at The Hawthorns. A tenner on that scoreline delivered a £465.50 payout, compared to £270 with BetClic.
It wasn't only upset results that Betfair customers stood to profit the most from though, as it was possible to turn £10 into £137.50 either by backing in-form Millwall to beat Leicester 2-0 or MK Dons to see off Bournemouth by the same margin. By contrast, Ladbrokes paid out £80.
Don't take our word for it though, why not test Betfair yourself using Betchecker?
