Betfair pay best on Birmingham's 1-0 win
Birmingham have been skilled since promotion at holding the Premier League's elite to draws at St Andrew's but they finally managed to go one better at the weekend with a 1-0 victory over champions Chelsea that saw them exit the relegation zone and blow the title race wide open.
