Best places to bet in the football pyramid

League One
The shock result of last weekend was Bristol Rovers winning at Huddersfield. Will Hoskins bagged his fifth of the season, and he has the best quality in the side. Don't get too fooled by the result though; Huddersfield had lots of possession and chances, whilst Paul Trollope used a counter attack system that got a bit lucky with one fine moment. They'll do the same at Swindon, soaking up long spells of pressure with the hope of hitting them on the break. League Two
None of the four potential league winners (Port Vale, Rotherham, Shrewsbury and Bury) have straightforward tasks this weekend. Adam Le Fondre continues to propel Rotherham upwards as does Ronnie Moore, an experienced manager in the lower leagues who is expected to earn his side promotion. With Exodus Geohaghon still a man mountain at the heart of defence and Kevin Ellison supplying chances, they should sneak past a resilient but uninspiring Stevenage. Back them at [2.24].
Non-league
This is Mansfield's third successive season in the Blue Square Bet Premier and it looks likely to pan out the same way the last two have, with the Stags falling away after a promising start. They were briefly top of the pile a fortnight ago but are nine points off the pace now after three games without a win, the most humiliating setback being a 5-2 home loss to AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday. Improving Rushden, who finished fourth last year, will climb past them if they defeat them and having seen off the Dons, Grimsby and Darlington at Nene Park already, we fancy them to do just that at [2.18].
