Thursday's suggested multiple: Back Real Sociedad to beat Almeria, Osasuna to see off Deportivo La Coruña and Alcorcon to defeat Athletico Bilbao for combined odds of [12.93]
It hasn't been a particularly earth shattering start to the season for Real Sociedad. However, after being promoted from the second tier last term, they can be relatively happy with how things have gone so far.
They currently lie in 11th spot in La Liga having picked up ten points from their opening eight games.
They are in a much better position than their opponents Almeria though, who lie in 16th. They have won just two of their last 17 games and should be second best again against Real Sociedad.
If Almeria thought they had it bad, they should spare a thought for Deportivo La Coruña. Ten years ago they won La Liga, now they sit in 19th place with just four points from eight games. They haven't won a match this season and should fail once again against Osasuna tonight.
We're sticking with the home teams for our final punt of the evening and are backing Alcorcon to beat Athletico Bilbao.
Bilbao have shipped ten goals in their previous four games and face a Alcorcon side who have won every game they've played this season. Admittedly a majority have been in the Segunda division, but we fancy them to spring a mini-surprise against Bilbao.
