Day 53: We're backing Real Sociedad to beat Almeria at [2.14]
It's the Copa Del Rey tonight in Spain and we like the look of a game involving two teams who haven't exactly been flying in La Liga this term.
Real Sociedad currently lie in 11th position having won only three of their opening eight games, while Almeria occupy the third relegation spot with just one win - and that was against second bottom Deportivo.
One of Sociedad's victories though, came in their 1-0 victory over second placed Villarreal. They have won three of their four games at home so far, with their only defeat coming in a 2-1 loss to big spending Real Madrid.
Almeria's lowly position is down in no small part to their abysmal away record. They have won only two of their last 20 away games in all competitions and those victories were against Racing Santander and Deportivo - two sides who lie below them in the league.
With Sociedad conceding only three goals in their previous ten home games, we can only see a victory for them this evening.
