Don't you just hate international breaks?

Two weeks without any club action is enough to test the patience of the Pope, but fear not folks, Punter V Pundit is back this week and shining like a heroic beacon at the end of the tunnel of yawndom.

In the last run out for Punter V Pundit, our shrewd follower @SirHeppe successfully let his head rule his heart and, despite being a Gooner, backed Manchester United to beat Arsenal 2-0 in their FA Cup clash, pocketing the £500 rollover jackpot and leaving @RohanRicketts bitterly disappointed. The last we saw of @SirHeppe he was leavin' on a jet plane and retiring to Rio to pursue a life of hedonistic delight.

So after a Cheltenham-enforced break (you can read how it went for us here) we're back and better than ever with our Pundit being none other than professional clarinetist and all round top bloke - Max Rushden!

Understandably, Max is pretty excited about being involved and is looking forward to testing his prediction credentials. He had this to say about it:

"I'm very excited about this Betfair thing I'm doing. I've been gearing up for it all year, even though they only asked me yesterday, and I'm probably only doing it because someone else dropped out."

If he does take down the pot, he's asked that the cash go to "Shelter From The Storm", a homeless shelter that Max works at.

"Shelter From The Storm" is a UK registered charity which provides hot meals and a warm bed to homeless people. It is London's ONLY free homeless shelter which is open all year round and receives no help from government. It is not affiliated with any other organisation, is run entirely by volunteers from the local Islington community and is funded by donations alone.

This week we're asking you to predict the correct score in Saturday's international between England and Wales. So for your chance to win the £250 pot this week, simply Tweet the following:

I want to take on @maxrushden and win £250 in the @BetfairFootball PunterVPundit challenge! RT to enter. https://bit.ly/egUsWn #betfair

On Friday afternoon we'll pick five entries at random and the first to respond to the call will be our Punter of the week.

So if you think a £250 credit to your Betfair account might be worth a Tweet, what are you waiting for?
