Betfair Terms and Conditions: Twitter competitions

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, and their immediate families and friends, of Betfair.
2. Promotion opens from 17:00 GMT on 27/03/2012 and ends at 22:00 GMT on 27/03/2012 ("Promotional Period").
3. To enter, you must have a registered UK Twitter account and must RT the message as set out by Betfair Sports.
4. One entry per person for the Promotional Period allowed.
5. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
6. The prize: £250 into your Betfair account. You must have a UK-registered Betfair account to receive the prize.
7. Prize winner will be selected at random at the end of the Promotional Period from all valid entries received.
8. Betfair's decisions will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
9. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries delayed or not received due to transmission, network or software problems, or for any other reason beyond Betfair's control.
10. The winner will be notified by DM after the draw.
11. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. Any personal data which you provide shall be used by Betfair solely in connection with this promotion and for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.
13. Promoter is TSE (Gibraltar) LP, a limited partnership registered in Gibraltar under number 060, with principal place of business at Units 2/4 and 2/5 Waterport Place, Gibraltar.
