Betfair punters will be keeping a close eye on the fitness of Andy Murray who, according to Great Britain's Davis Cup captain John Lloyd, is a doubt for next weekend's clash with Holland.
Trading has not yet begun in Betfair's 'Euro African Zone - Great Britain v Netherlands' market and players are likely to keep their 'powder dry' until the fitness of the young Scot is known.
The 19-year-old British number one, who was comprehensively defeated in the semi-finals of the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami by Novak Djokovic, looks set to miss the quarter-final match as he is struggling with a groin strain.
Murray, who has also been hampered with ankle and hip injuries recently, will have tests and treatment to discover the extent of the injury, but if he is not fit enough to play, Lloyd will look towards Tim Henman, who recently came out of Davis Cup retirement.
Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, Lloyd said: "We don't yet know the full extent of Andy's injury but I believe he was injured in training on Thursday.
"I just felt there was something wrong with Andy - it's hard for me to think he could lose 6-1 6-0 to anyone if he was fit.
"We must now wait for Andy to join the squad this week when we can assess his condition."
"Clearly we want Andy to be in the team against the Netherlands but we are not panic-stricken."
