Venus and Serena Williams get their Family Circle Cup campaigns up and running on Tuesday.

Venus will be looking to kick on after crashing out of the WTA Tour Bausch & Lomb Championships in Amelia Island, Florida, to eventual winner, Tatiana Golovin of France, at the quarter-finals stage.

The Charleston event, in South Carolina, will be only the fourth tournament this year Venus has participated in as she continues to work her way back to full match fitness from a wrist injury that kept her off court for eight months.

Venus faces Samantha Stosur in the first round and is the overwhelming 1.2 favourite in the Match Odds market to advance to the next stage of the competition in the United States. Stosur is available at 5.6.

Serena Williams, who produced a stunning comeback to defeat Justine Henin 0-6 7-5 6-3 in Miami and claim her fourth Sony Ericsson Open title recently, starts her campaign in the second round against Yung Jan Chang.

The big-hitting American is also the 1.06 market leader in the Match Odds market to progress against Chang, who can be backed at 13.5.

Top seed Nicole Vaidisova (1.19) also takes on Michaella Krajicek (4.2) in the second round.

Serena Williams is the 2.72 favourite in a developing Winner's market to triumph on home soil, with her sister Venus, who won the competition in 2004, trading further back at 12.5.
