World number eight Elena Dementieva has been forced to pull out of this week's WTA Open Gaz de France tournament in Paris.
The Russian has been struggling with a groin problem and is the latest big name to withdraw from the event, following Kim Clijsters decision not to play because of a hip injury.
Dementieva will be replaced in the Paris event by wildcard Alize Cornet, who faces teenager Tatiana Golovin in the first round in an all-French affair.
Belgian star and world number two Justine Henin-Hardenne is the top seed for the tournament, her first event in 2007.
Betfair punters see French Open champion Henin-Hardenne as the 2.3 favourite to claim the title, with home favourite Amelie Mauresmo currently trading at 3.9 and Svetlana Kuznetsova next best at 8.2.
