Croatian star Mario Ancic is facing two months out of the game after being diagnosed with a mild case of glandular fever.
The world number 11 now seems certain to miss the Masters Series events in Miami and Indian Wells but it is hoped he will be back soon after.
The French Open gets underway at Roland Garros on May 27 and Ancic is targeting a return for the Grand Slam event.
Ancic reached the last 16 at the Australian Open, but has only won four matches so far this year.
Keep an eye out for the Croatian in future Betfair markets.
