Tipsarevic is out for revenge after losing to the Scot last week and can cause an upset, says tennis betting expert Perfecseun
A. Murray (G.Britain) vs J. Tipsarevic (Serbia)
Tipsarevic will like the fact that he's facing Murray in the third round of this tournament. Just last week in Metz, Murray put the Serb out in the second round to level their head to head 1-1 so the Serb is out for revenge. Both have been tough matches when they have met and it's hard to call which way this might turn out.
Murray has improved since coming back from his wrist injury and after a couple of shocking losses, he seems to have restored some normality to his game. It is well known that he is a real talent and can be unstoppable on his day. There is the other side to his game as well though and despite the temperament being toned down, there is still an element of him losing concentration in his matches eg losing the second set to Tipsarevic last week 6-1.
Since his good run of form on grass, Tipsarevic has been struggling to string together a good set of results. The reason for that is something only he will know but he has the ability to give anyone a competitive match as he has proved in the past. He will want to bag this one against Murray to avenge last week and that could work in his favour.
This head-to-head looks like one of those that will always make for an interesting tough game, no matter what the difference in ranking is. Murray is the obvious choice to progress but the determination that runs through the Serbian brigade should not be underestimated and Tipsarevic can forge ahead in this series if he performs at his best.
Suggested Bet: Lay A. Murray to win 2-0 sets @ 1.94
