As the odds of John McCain winning the election on 4th November continue to fall, Barack Obama takes time out to speak to voters on the phone in Missouri, where the betting is fierce...
Obama is [1.53] to win in the Show Me State, with John McCain [2.62], so things are close. Missouri has only voted for the 'wrong' candidate (the one who has failed to win overall) once in the last century, so every phone call could make a difference.

G'day America, US politics have always puzzled me but the 2008 Presidential race has now inspired me. Its great to see that a majority of Americans are overcoming race barriers and have chosen an African American Democratic candidate to run for President. I have longed for this day to happen and now my dreams may come true. I think Barack Obama will make a good and just President. I am sure he will set things right and make America great and a far safer, prosperous and better place to live. If he is elected President the respect America had always commanded throughout the world will be restored.
John McCain is too old and lives too much in the past; and Sarah gun-toting-lipstick-pig-hockey- mum Palin is dangerous.
Good Luck Barack! and'God Bless The United States of America!'
