I'm A Celebrity Betting: Is Joe the 'King of the Jungle?'

Tensions have been rising in recent days with inflated egos clashing and the impact of jungle life testing emotions. With the smallest incidents amplified into full-scale crises, it was no real surprise to see the snap last night. writes Feizal Rahman.
Most affected by the pointless bickering has been all-round good guy, Joe. Thus far, the Eastender has played a blinder - seeking to interact with the elder camp members, Esther and George, and also with the 'camp' camp contingent, Brian and Martina. Yet, it has been his empathy for the camp outcasts, David and Timmy, that has troubled him the most.
However, angered by what he deems to be the victimisation of the two by the likes of Nicola, there are hints that the normally placid Joe may not be able to temper his frustration at the divisions and there's a danger he could undo all his good work with an untimely eruption. Quite rightly he is the strong favourite to win but now odds-on at [1.7], the market has perhaps over-reacted to his 'King of The Jungle' claims just a little bit too soon.
David Van Day, meanwhile, has used Joe's support to build upon his anti-hero character building. There's an obvious attempt to play the role of oppressed underdog and it's proving to be this year's story of the show. Back out to [80.0] to win, it's clear he's not going to do a Rocky but, along with Timmy, there should be plenty more to come. As such, 'Any Other' should be opposed in the 1st Elimination market at [3.4].
Timmy himself has been annoying all bar Joe and David with his non-stop japery. While no doubt grating on some viewers as well, the fact the bespectacled buffoon riles the likes of Nicola so much may possibly work in his favour. Incredibly, pushed out to a high of [29.0], Timmy is now back into [19.0]. Considering George [8.4] remains second favourite but has apparently disappeared back into intergalactic obscurity, it's far too high a price and can be expected to drop.
Nicola continues with her venomous sniping but is finding stiff competition from Dani, who threw her knives out of the kitchen when others attempted to encroach on her self-appointed cooking duties. The two are out to around [50.0] to win but with Dani immune from the 1st elimination, Nicola has come in for support to go on Thursday at a current [4.2].
Also trading at around [50.0] to win is Robert, who was as low as [18.0] only a few short days ago. How fickle the market moves. One can assume that Kilroy still has one or two tricks up his sleeve and while he's an unlikely winner, he no doubt has the capability to scheme his way to the final few days.
