FORGET the touchy-feely hearts and the glittering diamonds. Bring a club. And pack the spade.
The talk is of how to improve the online playing experience. The conversation is split between calls for changes to the technology and changes the opponents.
From nags to riches offers a shouty: "A HAND FOR HAND FEATURE FOR WHEN PLAY REACHES THE BUBBLE TO STOP PEOPLE RUNNING THE CLOCK DOWN."
(The Poker Anorak resists the urge to call for a ban on forumites whose names are bad puns and allows the point to pass.)
Jim Hensen says: "I think Canary had the best idea. Electrocution for poor plays." And this from the man who brought us Kermit The Frog. What happened to you, Jim? What did they do? For shame!
MC Roller takes up the theme of pun-ishment (geddit, Nags to Riches?) and suggests that poor players are handed a season ticket to watch Norwich. And, one imagines, made to attend matches.
Ebayson suggests "Information on next level Satellites when u are about to buy into 1.
"Example: Click on a Level 1 Satellite and it says you can gain entry into next level, but it never tells you time and date of next level. You have to go and search for it and sometimes cant find it."
Ovalman posits: "Get rid of that stupid 1 minute wait for STT's, especially if all players are seated at the table. And "Get rid of $$$'s and switch to £££'s. No US users are allowed to play so who uses them?"
So what do you hate most in poker players and poker play? What would you change?
