Side Action Update

News of another big game was reported when Brandon Adams posted on a forum that a game was scheduled for later that evening. Players included all the big names such as Patrik Antonius, Kenny Tran and Sam Farha and included internet legends Tom 'durrr' Dwan and Jay 'pr1nnyraid/KRANTZ' Rosenkrantz.

Adams reported that the game was going to be $500/$1000 NLHE/PLO mix with a $500 ante and he set it up because Bobby Baldwin really wanted to play. During the evening another internet poster replied that he was at the Bellagio and could only see Farha and Tran plus a list with Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliot, David Benyamine and Barry Greenstein down to play.

Rosenkrantz was the first person with the official word on the game after returning. The game played $300/$600 with a $300 ante, so slightly smaller than planned but still a big game. He reported that in the main game was himself, Kenny Tran, Brandon Adams, Sam Farha and Rafi Amit plus some other unknowns. Tran made a huge bluff in one pot when he check raised the flop with nothing, and Krantz won a 200k pot against Farha after flopping top set in PLO.

David 'Raptor' Benefield posted in the same thread that he wanted to play the game and reported that when he headed over to the Bellagio he started a second 'must move' table (when a seat opens in the main game someone from the must move table has to fill it). Others in the game were David 'Devilfish' Ulliot, Minh Ly, Sami 'LarsLuzak' Kelopuro and Jani 'KObyTapout' Vilmunen. Benefield had one big bluff against Kelopuro, but did not report on the game being too crazy.

Nothing else on the game has come back yet, but with Antonius, Benyamine and Brunson not yet making an appearance some big action might be on its way.
