Steve Sung may be relatively unknown to the poker public, but he is very respected amongst some of the games elite. He has racked up over $2.5m dollars in tournament winnings over the last three years and can be regularly seen playing some of the biggest games online, including $2000/$4000 HORSE and $200/$400 PLO. Shannon Shorr rates him as one of the best all round players under 25, second only to Tom Dwan.
Even after all this, Steve had a pretty disastrous WSOP. He had high hopes of doing well himself but only managed 2 cashes totaling just over $70,000. He had also staked lots of players in various events and had one single cash out of the lot for $10,000. All in all he states that his total loses for this years WSOP totaled $2,000,000. Ouch.
