With two final tables starting today there are more pros after their share of the gold.
Event 29 is the $3,000 NLHE event. It had a starting field of 716 with a first prize of over $430,000. David Singer is the most notable name at the final table and is looking to capitalize on his current good form. He recently won the biggest ever online event, the Full Tilt Poker $25,000 buy-in Heads Up event outlasting the best online players in the world. At this years WSOP he has already won his first bracelet, winning $1,500 PLHE event. He is currently in 8th place.
Event 30 is the $10,000 World Championship Limit Hold'em event. It hosts two of pokers biggest names to never win a bracelet, Team FTP member Andy Bloch and well known tournament player J.C. Tran. Bloch has 15 WSOP cashes to his name and played in one of the most impressive (and longest) Heads Up battles of all time in the 2006 $50k HORSE event against the late Chip Reese. Recently he came second to Nenad Medic in event 1 so is ready to secure his first bracelet. J.C. Tran has been one of the most consistent players over the past few years with 15 WSOP cashes, 9 WPT cashes with 1 title and almost $6m in tournament winnings. Bloch is currently in 6th place while Tran is in 4th.
