Sorry for not updating in a while, I went back to Wales last week to spend some time with the family and play a little bit less online. Unfortunately, after hitting the halfway mark two weeks ago of $50,000 it's been downhill ever since.

Last Sunday I was down to $37k, playing mostly 5-10nl and 10-20nl. Took some losses at 10-20 and unfortunately it adds up quickly. Only 7 buyins at 10-20 and that's $14k. With my style, 7 buyins isn't that much!

So I spent the last week grinding it back at 5-10 winning a few buyins each day and not really putting in many hours due to Christmas and then I hit what you would call the season finale yesterday.... It was quite incredible that I managed to drop 18 buyins after pulling back to 50k I thought it would be reasonable to spew off 18 buyins at 5-10. = super donk!

I'm not going to post any of the boring hands and bad beats here but I did find a hand I played a few months ago when I was experimenting with limp bluffing. This one happened as I joined the game out of turn and posted UTG which was perfect for my disguised limp bluff. I've got a few other goodies which I'll post later on.

Anyway, as of this morning the account was on a measly $30,500. I only have 8 days or so left of this challenge and two weeks ago I was on $50,000!!! Such is poker unfortunately. So the plan now is to take some big risks and go for gold. I really want some of Annette's money even if it costs me $30,000.

Therefore, my plan is to stick to 5-10 and couple of tables of 10-20 for the next few days and in the last few days to really pump it up and "gamble" at 25-50 and If needs be 50-100.

Been a while since I played that high, but im looking forward to it, I just hope it doesn't last a standard 3 hands with KK v AA. That would be so boring....
