It's that time of the week again when we take a little journey around the blogosphere and report back on anything unusual, funny, sad or even vaguely interesting! A bit of a mixed bag today, so grab your passport and away we go.

"....basically I just stared at breasts in Loaded, Zoo and Nuts which wasn't as tough admittedly."

Whilst I have been wondering around West Yorkshire, wondering where the next penny is going to come from in these times of trouble and strife, some lucky bloggers have jetted off into the sunset in search for a better life. One such blogger is none other than Bazclef, aka Barry Clark of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Bazclef recently flew out to Thailand, the lucky sod, and it sounds like he is having a great time out in the Far East. A couple of my mates have been and said it is the most amazing place on this planet so I am insanely jealous when I read about people going there, although being accosted in the toilets by some Mr Miyagi-type person would not be high on my agenda if I am honest!

Whilst thousands of people lose their jobs everyday, one man recently had some research to perform that almost every male on the planet would like to! Ex-snowman has been on lots of marketing courses where he, "loved learning about so much stuff but afterwards my brain is literally baked." In previous jobs, I've had to go on training courses that left me feeling much the same but I never had the dream course where I could, "basically I just stared at breasts in Loaded, Zoo and Nuts which wasn't as tough admittedly." Being paid to read lads' mags, not bad work if you can get it!

Keeping with breasts, but this time of the man variety unfortunately I always have a fondness for people who are straight talking, don't mix their words and say how they feel and that describes Le Goose of Boomtown Poker. He recently returned to blogging and I for one am delighted he did as his writing style is frankly brilliant.

By the fifth paragraph of his recent post simply entitled "Boom" it becomes apparent he's not overly keen on multi-tabling legend, Shaun Deeb, and his description of someone at the WSOPE as 'There was one fat git giving away chips at the same rate that he was gathering calories with the shear amounts of snacks he had by his side' is quality. GobboBoy maybe? Sorry, low blow. Anyway, the entire post is written superbly and well worth a read.

If you play in some of the bigger MTT's on a Sunday, you will often clash with some of poker's biggest names on your way to financial security, something that happened to up-and-coming player, PsycoSniper. Whilst most of us mere mortals would avoid clashing with them, not many of us would slowroll them! Although poor etiquette, I did find it a little funny, even if it was just for the fact someone reported him and he received an email from the site's support team! Some people are just plain sad!

Finally, a post that everyone should read, according to Taylor "Grren Plastic" Caby. One of the best heads-up players on Earth, Internetpokers aka Dog Is Head aka fricking poker genius, wrote a long, thought provoking piece about running badly which is spot on and a must-read for anyone who plays poker.
