The title of the post sums up how I feel about things at the moment, I am running worse than Heather Mills without her artificial leg at the moment. During the past week, life variance has kicked me square between the legs and whilst nothing major has actually happened, there have been lots of little things that have pissed me off.

We moved house on Tuesday and that is were the fun began. After finally getting the van after initially losing my ID and then Mrs P's card being rejected for some unknown reason we made our way to the old house to load up our belongings.

The first thing we loaded was the washing machine which I managed to make fall off the trolley, down two steps and crash onto the floor, denting and grazing it in the process. I also managed to cut my wrist dismantling our bed which was also a barrel of laughs. FML.

When we arrived at the house it appears the catalogue delivery driver has nt once, but twice delivered parcels to either the wrong address or one of the neighbours has signed for it and then lied to our faces when we have asked them for it! Add to this Virgin cannot install my broadband until November 12 meaning I have to use a pathetic wireless dongle that only gets a signal when I half hang my computer out of the window. FML.

The final straw, apart from being uber-skint thanks to van hire and buying new carpets etc, was when we had our new electric cooker installed only to find the last tenants has cut through the wrong cable when they installed a new shower so the cooker socket has no power to it. So for the past five days we've been living off microwavable meals and you wouldn't believe how much I am looking forward to some fresh carrots, broccoli and a nice pork chop!

Oh, I almost forgot, I was drilling the holes for the curtain tiebacks and the mirror yesterday afternoon and managed to place them so the second hole I drilled ran into some bloody metal support so our wall now resembles a swiss cheese. FML indeed.

It should be quite obvious by now that I have not played a single hand of poker for over a week now and I'm having withdrawal symptoms. Even if my internet connection wasn't completely cack, I have had to withdraw my roll to pay for the ever mounting costs of moving house. Once we are all sorted than money shouldn't be an issue but until then it looks like most available cash will be pumped into the house.

It's a shame I can't play at the moment as Betfair have reshuffled their MTT schedule with some decent tournaments (ie lost of overlay) and some decent value small stakes games that I want to get my teeth into. Whilst I am not planning to ever do any other sort of challenge, I have been looking into a number of other sites that I can try and bonus whore in the coming months. I usually use the Bonus Whores website but a friend pointed me in the direction of Pokersites.com which looks like quite a comprehensive collection of data on dozens of sites. I'm still to look into it all properly but on the surface it looks a decent site and they give Betfair a good review too so all is not bad IMO!

Well that is all for now I guess, another trip to the dreaded Ikea is on the cards but at least I can treat myself to a well-deserved hotdog!
