POKER fashion. Shiny T-shirts and Comfi-Slax.

Until now.

Over the PR newswires, the Poker Anorak learns of DonkeyGear.net, a poker apparel and accessories company.

The company has been selling poker apparel and accessories since 2007, based around the "donkey" style of playing poker, although they have apparel for other styles as well.

All hail the poker donkey jacket!

We learn that donkeys in poker "are known for playing completely unpredictable, and sometimes against the odds, making it difficult for anyone to catch a read. This new style of playing poker has become so popular businesses like DonkeyGear.net are popping up across the world."

Playing badly at poker is now fashionable. And - get this - people who play badly at poker want to advertise the fact by dressing up as a donkey. An ass.

The company is aiming at a niche group, one we will call "idiots".

The press release goes on: "Donkeys are stubborn. In the realm of poker, though, they refuse to fold bad cards and deliver powerful kicks when they win on the river with any two cards.

Somehow or another, the poker donkey will gamble against ridiculous odds and still hit their miracle card, in turn bringing great frustration to others. Some players have made donkey their style of play, relishing in a seemingly endless supply of luck."

And endless supply of luck. Indeed.

Donkey Gear was founded by a group of poker fanatics that have one simple goal: to provide others with fashionable poker apparel and quality poker accessories conveniently and appropriately.

Eee-orr!
