A warm welcome to everyone reading my new blog at betting.betfair.com. Without too much introduction, I'm just going to jump right into it, and tell you a little bit about myself and my upcoming blogs.

I know there's some of you out there that already know me quite well, and there's probably a lot of you that don't, and a few that couldn't care less... but I will tell you this, within not too long, you'll know exactly who and what Peter Jepsen is.

The reason? Weeeeeell, I think I might have another EPT win coming up and perhaps grabbing a bracelet or two at the WSOP and I might win American Idol... but then again, I might NOT.

I will, however, suck out on your trip aces at Betfair Poker, outplay you like you've never been messed with before, or even sometimes (but just sometimes) play ridiculously bad, so that you can run and tell all your friends about the new fish.

You'll find me at the 10-20 NLH/PLO and all the way up to the biggest stakes there are....Depending on my mood (and the thickness of my wallet), I'll play any game, and any opponent, and I'll play anywhere from rock solid poker to drunken spew. When I lose, I'll do it with style - I'll make all the wrong plays, at all the wrong times, and sometimes it will get ugly, to an extent were you just can't stand the sight of me ever again.... When I win, on the other hand, I won't care about style. I'll brag, trash talk and act stupid - if you are - otherwise I'll just be the gentleman I 'naturally' always am.

Apart from playing most of the biggest live events, and crushing the games online, I'll also be writing about the life as a poker pro. From time to time, I might write about a hand in a tournament, or a big hand at the cash games, but more often than not, I'll write about the joy of winning, the pain of losing, the ups and downs and their effect on mood and life... I'll write about the prop bets and all the funny characters, not to mention the weirdos and all the freaks. I might write about when I almost bought a rifle to gun down the proclaimed musicians who played for pennies outside my f****** window every day the whole summer, or about when I got drunk and paid €5.000 for a lameass golf package worth €200. Then again, I might just keep everything that makes me look stupid to myself :)
