What is the point of the Betfair Poker Hit Squad?
Ffsmd writes on the Forums: "They are showing betfair poker hitsquad videos, what is the point please? Were these advertised in advance? I surely haven't heard anything about these events until after they happened. What were the prizes incidently? Surely all expenses for staffs drinks and prizes come from money earned from poker players on the site. Were we not entitled to share in any of this?
"I just really hope the rumour that WSOPE seats were given out is not true. Maybe people were informed of these nights in advance. I surely can't recall any postings on this forum, the poker home page or the announcements forum."
And as Foggy responds: "I think the whole point of it being a hit squad is that nobody knew in advance..."
Well it's not much of a Hit Squad if everyone knows you are coming is it?
And I think that Ffsmd is suggesting that all of Betfair's revenue should be split equally between the players... the shareholders might have something to say about that.
