Annette Obrestad has come second in a high profile main event. Just a matter of weeks after her £1 million win at the World Series of Poker Europe sponsored by Betfair, the young poker phenomenon has come 2nd and won €287,800 at the EPT Dublin.
In a field of 221 runners and some very high profile names, Annette came through the field with some amazing play and reached the final table with a commanding chiplead. Using that weight of chips, she bullied the rest of the players off the table. Unfortunately, she was unable to take down first place, with her final hand a pair of 77s beaten by Ace Ten on a ten high board.
Betfair would like to congratulate their new star once again on some amazing poker play!
You can play online with Annette every Tuesday and Friday on Betfair Poker at 19:30 GMT.
