SportsAid Athletes of the Day: Monday 11th August

Nathan Roberts and Gail Emms both age 31, Milton Keynes, badminton, mixed doubles, Premliminary rounds begin: 12/08.

Both SportsAid alumni, this dynamic duo have been at the top of British Badminton for several years now.

Together they have won an impressive collection of International medals. After a nail biting final in Athens that saw the pair achieve Silver medals, they are determined to go one better to become Olympic Champions in Beijing.

Both found their talent in the sport at a very early age - Gail when she was four and Nathan when he was six.

They made their debuts for England in 1995 and have been part of the British Squad since.
