UEFA Cup football, Serie, ATP Tour tennis and the Russians in space...
Juande Ramos surely isn't going to say "adios" after only a year in the Spurs hotseat, is he? The Spanish cup king won the League Cup in his first season but the club are currently languishing at the foot of the Premier League and things need to change soon.
Ramos will welcome the distraction of the UEFA Cup, a competition he won with his previous club Sevilla, and setting Tottenham on the road to European glory against Wisla Krakow would keep the Daniel Levy shaped wolf from the door for a little longer. But if it goes the other way this could be exactly the type of midweek, Eastern European denouement the Spaniard is dreading.
Whatever happens you can witness it unfold on Betfair Live Video as UEFA Cup football takes centre stage on Thursday.
Everton will be hoping to put their weekend derby defeat behind them when they take on Standard Liege - the first leg was a 2-2 draw so the Toffees have it all to do in Belgium. Manchester City can probably afford to let Robinho go back to Brazil for another holiday while they host AC Omonia but the stakes will be somewhat higher when Portsmouth embark on their maiden European voyage to play Guimaraes FC.
French hip-hoppers Paris Saint-Germain will look to continue their recent reanaissance against Kayserispor and you can catch big fish of the UEFA pond AC Milan when they travel to Zurich. Or should that be "watch"..? Milan should be riding high after they defeated Jose Mourinho's Inter at the weekend.
Speaking of Inter, we'll be screening Serie A action on Saturday and Sunday.
There's ATP tour tennis showing throughout the week, basketball, volleyball and domestic league football from around the globe - including an intriguing tie between Dynamo Moscow and Saturn. Fortunately for the Muscovites it's a home tie so they should run rings around them.
Ho ho.
