O'Neill and Mourinho the early favourites...
Martin O'Neill and Jose Mourinho are the early favourites in the Next England Manager market following Steve McClaren's sacking.
The former Middlebrough boss was given his marching orders by the FA after England's humbling at the hands of Croatia - a result which means the Three Lions will not take part in Euro 2008.
A host of big names from domestic and world football are in the betting to be at the helm of the national team.
Apart from O'Neill and Mourinho other likely contenders at present include Fabio Capello, Luis Felipe Scolari and Marcello Lippi.
English talent is represented Harry Redknapp, Alan Curbishley, Steve Bruce, Stuart Pearce, Steve Coppell and Sam Allardyce.
