"William Haggas has had at least one winner every month so far this year, and has saddled six winners from 22 runners in the past fortnight, one of the highlights being Roaring Forte’s success in a heritage handicap at York."

Timeform profile a trio of hot trainers...

Simon Callaghan has made a solid start to his training career since taking over from his father, Neville, in 2008, and has recently struck form in tremendous style. The Newmarket-based trainer had a winner at Lingfield on September 2 with Belinsky and, including that success, he's had four winners from 14 runners in the last two weeks at a strike rate of 29%, well up on the trainer's average of 16% for the season so far. During that period, Rocket Rob made it four wins from his last eight starts and Turning Top recorded her second success of the season in a wide-open handicap at Windsor.

William Haggas has had at least one winner every month so far this year, and has saddled six winners from 22 runners in the past fortnight, one of the highlights being Roaring Forte's success in a heritage handicap at York. Haggas has a strong hand in the Sprint Cup at Haydock on Saturday with Shadwell Stakes winner High Standing and Coral Charge runner-up Triple Aspect, and is a trainer worth following once his team really hits the blocks.

Roger Charlton has had his string in excellent form over the last fourteen days. The Wiltshire-based trainer has had three winners in the past fortnight at a strike rate of 27%, and his last six runners have not finished outside of the top two. Quiet was successful in a maiden fillies' stakes on her debut, powering down the outside for mainly hand riding once switched, and looks to have a bright future.
