Timeform run the rule over the field for the First Drinks Brands Foundation Stakes (Listed) (1).
A small field presents Twice Over with another easy-enough task on the back of his facile success at Doncaster earlier in the month. But Perfect Stride looks the main danger.
Fanjura showed a good attitude when winning three handicaps over this trip (made all twice) this summer and produced a creditable effort in defeat at Doncaster last time. This looks his toughest task yet.
Perfect Stride is a classy colt who won a listed handicap at Royal Ascot. Both efforts since haven't got to the bottom of him either. He looks set to go well, although he wouldn't want a tactical affair again given how he's ridden.
Re Barolo is a smart hold-up performer who has run well on a couple of occasions since scoring at Lingfield in February. He will need a couple of classier rivals to flounder if he's to win here, however.
Twice Over is a very smart performer on his day. He has made the frame in the Lockinge and the Prince of Wales's prior to winning a lesser race at Doncaster last time. This looks his for the taking as well.
Montaff has been highly tried this season having won a maiden at Newcastle a year ago and needs to put a timid effort at Newbury on Saturday behind him. Likely to come up short even if he does.

The Rainbow Hunter could be more deadly now switched to handicaps and looks a big threat to the selection, with Strategic Plan rated third best....

Jim Tango is open to improvement over fences, and this looks to be Miss Pross' easiest task for some time, but the likeable Bamby gets the nod with conditions to suit back over fences....

The two handicap debutants could be the ones to focus on here, with Ambrogina favoured more than Seamster. Knightfire will have to settle for a place again....
