Workforce cruises to victory at Goodwood
"Workforce looks likely to be fast tracked to better company when next seen and is one to follow."
Sir Michael Stoute has a classy potential Classic winner here
The Sir Michael Stoute-trained juvenile Workforce created a fine impression on debut when routing a 12-runner field in a maiden at Goodwood at the end of September. Despite having no fancy entries the son of King's Best was soon being talked about as a possible candidate for next years classics.
He is bred to stay further than a mile and almost certain to progress, as his trainers often do, with every outing. At first glance the race he won did not look to possess much strength in depth and while this may well be the case, runner-up Oasis Dancer (beaten six lengths) franked the form in no uncertain terms when successful in the Tattersalls Timeform Million at Newmarket on Saturday.
Workforce looks likely to be fast tracked to better company when next seen and is one to follow.
