I have located a rogue and he goes by the name of...
14:30 Fakenham - LAY - Tighe Caster (Forecast-3.25)
Today's race is the 14:30 Fakenham, it's a class 3 handicap chase over 3 miles. Tighe Caster is forecast favourite trained by Peter Bowen and ridden by Tom O'Brien.
But Tighe Caster is an absolute disgrace of a racehorse having been beaten in his last 11 races since he managed to win a 2 mile 4 1/2 furlong chase round Huntingdon.
He has dropped to below his last winning mark but that was the case in his last three races when he was beaten fair and square off 119,120 and 118. He is stepping up in trip and is racing over 3 miles for the first time and he has to prove he stays this far and is wearing 1st time blinkers.
Tighe Caster is possibly a better horse when fresh and his last two wins came after breaks of four and seven months. The small field is a negative for this hold up horse and in six previous races in a field of seven or less runners he has never won and was unplaced in five of the six races.
Trainer Peter Bowen has never had a winner at Fakenham and this dodgepot is not about to change that.
I have four horses on my side to get this cretinous imbecile beaten and I will be laying Tighe Caster.
Today's lay was a faller

R.E. Yesterdays Discussion about the Racing Post Trophy underneath your winning lay post yesterday.
Forgot to say Godders I would have thought Hamdan Al Maktoum's number one jockey would have been aboard his only runner in the Racing Post Trophy not down at Newbury unless Richard Hill's thinks Shamayel can take the listed race at 4.00 which I think he can and Almajd has no more than each way claims in the group three but we'll see.
Martin Dwyer is more than capable in the number 2 spot aboard Tajaaweed but he has a lot to prove. I'm still hoping for a big run from Declaration of War to make the frame and land the each way money and Peter can never be underestimated as I'm sure you know he keeps his owners well informed and is very honest about the chances of their runners and pound for pound he's one of the best trainers out there again as I'm sure you know.
I will be place laying Tajaaweed despite his impressive maiden win. But your right this is a tough puzzle to solve.
Once again thanks for your input your Allie the big cheese

It's a good point about Richard Hills not riding Tajaaweed and I dont know the actual reason.
Hills does have 4 rides on Hamdam Al Maktoum horses at Newbury though and all hold claims so it's possible that he has decided to stay where the majority of the runners are.
Could be something personal, maybe he has a wedding reception or event to attend on the evening and didnt want to travel up North. Or it could well be that Tajaweed is not thought to hold much of a chance in this race. All speculation but I have no answers as to why he isnt riding. Im only going to have a small fun bet in the race and whatever happens it should be a good race to watch.
Kind Regards
