A bit of a damp squib yesterday after the excitement of Sunday - although Divinsky ran a fair race to take 4th at 16/1 - just a head away from the paying third spot.

Today's race is the opener at Southwell at 2.10 where again a couple of runners appeal at the current odds.

Guto [7.6] and Hythe Bay [14.0] are both trading at bigger odds than we expected whilst Garlogs at around [3.75] looks underpriced.

Garlogs is a good performer over this course and distance but looks high in the weights now and could be vulnerable.

Guto was a good course and distance second last time while Hythe Bay could benefit from the application of the first time visor and the drop back to five furlongs.
