A huge choice of races today and in the end the LayDough computer has been pointed at the 5.00 at Kempton where two of the runners look to be trading at ridiculously generous odds. Hat-trick seeking Buxton [13.0] and Spring Goddess [40.0] are the two runners that stand out. Whilst Buxton's two recent wins have come over six furlongs he remains of interest here at the seven furlong trip having found a mile too far here previously. I just don't understand why Spring Goddess is trading at such big odds. She comes from a stable in form, still looks well handicapped and bolted home here in December over the mile trip.
