Kim Bailey is on the look out for a jockey for his Grand National hope Longshanks following the news that Jason Maguire has decided to ride Idle Talk.
Maguire partnered Longshanks to his latest success at Newbury in November and has done riding work on the ten-year-old throughout the winter.
However, the jockey has made the decision to ride Idle Talk, with whom he has a longer association.
"Jason rang me this morning and told me he'd be riding Idle Talk at Aintree," said Bailey who saddled Mr Frisk to win the Aintree showpiece in 1990.
"It's a blow, because I want a proper horseman for Longshanks, but I've got a short list of possible replacements and I'll have to get on and sort out a replacement."
Both Longshanks and Idle Talk currently trade at 26 for the race on April 14 in a market led by Dun Doire on 12.5, ahead of previous winners Numbersixvalverde (14.5) and Hedgehunter (17).
Negative reports about the fitness of Irish hope Far From Trouble has seen his price drift in the past few days from 16 to his current mark of 28.
