Not much screams out as outstanding value this afternoon but there are still a few horses keeping an eye on, says Graham Cunningham.

Almost four hours into today's form study and standout bets at good prices have been tough to find.

Still, the following points might be worth noting.

First, Raya Star and Brunston look bound to have a major say in Doncaster's 2.00 and Ludlow's 2.10 respectively.

Second, Beshabar is by far the strongest galloper in Donny's 2.35. But he also jumped clumsily at Cheltenham and could well drift in the run if he does so again.

Third, Comedy Act is probably best forgiven his flop in a Sandown bog last time. His Plumpton win makes him fairly priced for Donny's 3.10 at [6.0] and bigger, while the freewheeling Abstract Art holds clear back-to-lay potential in a very winnable Ludlow seller at 2.45.

Doncaster 2.00: Back Raya Star at [2.46] or bigger
Doncaster 3.10: Back Comedy Act at [6.0] or bigger
Ludlow 2.45: Back Abstract Art at [4.2] or bigger with a view to trading out at [2.2] in running
