Three selections for the penultimate day of Glorious Goodwood from the Timeform Free Form team...

The first race of the day sees a strong looking field assembled for what should be a cracking contest. He has always been somewhat of a quirky type, but this race looks ideal for Duncan (2.10) to finally pick up his first pattern race victory. Finishing a three-and-a-half length second to Harbinger on his last start at Royal Ascot now looks mightily impressive considering that Harbinger followed this up with an eleven length romp in the King George. When this is tallied with the fact that the third and fourth place finishers in the Royal Ascot race have both scored in Group 2 company since he starts to look very hard to beat.

Diamond Geezah (4.35) finally lived up to his considerable promise when breaking his duck at the fifth attempt, the form of which could not have worked out much better since. He seemed to relish the step up from five to seven furlongs last time out, a trip that he tackles once again today. With the yard in great form at present with their two-year-olds, he should take all the beating.

Today's final race can see Perfect Blossom (5.45) handle the step up in class to land the spoils. She has kept defying her ever increasing handicap mark to win on each of her last four starts. There is no reason to think she will do anything other than progress again and looks a big price at 7.0.
