To Mr XY and "team" .Having monitored your records and comments recently i have a few more issues to raise with you .

Firstly I have noticed that you are posting your selections later and later each day. For clarification purposes please can you supply the exact times you posted these selections.

    a El Diego 12 jan 2009
    b Triple Axel 13jan 2009
    c Five Star Junior 17jan 2009
    d Scintillo 21-3-2009
You have received questions before about your postings but you have refused to explain so please respond with a specific timetable.
Secondly on the 11 april 2009 you said "Two smart unbeaten colts put their reputations on the line in the listed Easter Stakes. When is a 90 rated horse considered smart if i may be so bold as to ask. In my opinion this comment is laughable to say the least. If every 90 rated horse was smart then there would be 200 horses in the Derby. Please explain these comments.
Thirdly you are claiming to be ahead but after you prove the timing of your selections to be correct you have to deduct the Betfair commission dont you.
Fourthly. When would you like users to look out for your selections ?.If you post your selections seconds before ,during or after a race will you offer a e mail or text service so we can scramble too a pc to get our bets on.
I personally don't see any value or merit to posting your selections so late. Surely you or one of your "team" can post at least by 10am like everyone else on this planet.
By my calculations including some "late " postings you are losing around 125 points. I eagerly await your public rebuttle. What time are todays selections arriving?

Thanks for the extremely detailed feedback on the service. I will attempt to reply to each point in turn:

    (1) Scintillo was posted at 2009-03-21 14:04:09 - I can't retrieve the January times from the archive.

    (2) Completely disagree, sorry. I stand by the comment 'smart' going into the race at that stage of their careers. Captain Ramius defeated Ashram at Kempton and Ashram went on to win a Group 3 in which even the Racing Post used the S word, and I quote: "ASHRAM scored in the style of a very smart performer."

    (3) The profit and loss is there as a guide. Of course commission deductions would need to be taken into consideration as would actual prices secured. Some people will get better prices, some worse which is the nature of the exchange. That's why I take Betfair SP as a reasonable and fair guide. As a further 'rebuttle' may I add that how many other services even offer this level of transparency ? I believe in being honest with the results good or bad - and, for the record, all tipping services should provide their current results.

    (4) The aimed publish time is one hour before the race at the selected meeting - so around 1pm for afternoon racing and 5pm for evening race. I am looking at ways of bringing this forward and also hope to provide a Twitter based service / text and email options as you suggest. In fairness, do you really believe I would be allowed to get away with posting my selections AFTER the race ;) There does appear to be a technical glitch on the site whereby when posted the copy appears in horse racing but takes some time to filter down to the XY Factor section. As such, it's quickest to check the horse racing section first.

    (5) I dispute the 125 points - each day I provide the previous days return and the running tally. On which day do you believe the figures became so widely incorrect ?

Hope that helps. as I say, appreciate the feedback and hope the answers above are helpful
