   thank you Mr XY for responding to my concerns about your service. If i may i have a few more points to raise and my own response on a couple of things.
   
   a Could you please post the exact time of when you put up Mexican Pete on 13 march 2009
   you should have a record of this as i believe as you had at time of 14.04.09 for Scintillo on 21-3-09.
   b The Scintillo race went off at 15.05.Taking you at your word what is the point of putting a selection up so late. You claim glitches but back in October you were getting complaints from me about late postings. A simple apology would be appropriate rather that blame glitches that's all.
   cWith reference to your further rebuttle about transparency i have a two part question if i may.
   1-Were you ever part of the "lay dough" service. The reason i ask is that it appears next to your XY posting at the bottom. If you answered yes then go to part 2
   
   2-What was the profit/loss for this service ? Also if you believe in transparency then why not reveal your name so we know who we are dealing with.
   
   c With reference to the 125 point loss this is taking in to account "late" postings. I refer you to complaints you have had about it. It is not just me. It is a shame you cant retrieve my original requests for exact times.
   d with reference to other tipsters Graham Cunningham keeps a full record of his postings and he does it under his own name unlike your good self.
   i do wish you luck with your tips as you appear to be relatively new to this so i am taking this in to account but for the record a simple sorry goes a long way you know.Dont blame other factors please. Good luck
