VERDICT:
Our selection River Kirov was a late defector at Newmarket last night so no damage done. At Haydock this afternoon TRANQUIL TIGER should run a big race in the 2.40 at Haydock - the Rose of Lancaster Stakes - a Group 3 contest. His third to Kirklees at Sandown last time out has a stronger look to it after Kirkless went on to win a Group 2 contest in style at York a fortnight ago.
