Hi Mr XY,
can you have a look through your totals for the week and "all-time" it doesn't seem to add up. from the numbers you have supplied, the weekly tot up should be in good profit. can you confirm if the daily results are wrong or is it the totals that are wrong ?
looks to me like you might have deducted points when you should have added them.
