Keep an eye on Gunnadoit at Brighton
At Brighton today in the final race of the day at 5.10, Gunnadoit should dispose of these rivals in this ordinary event. Last time out at Kempton on the Poly the selection ran a brave race in defeat to finish second to Cape Colony. At present he is trading at [2.12] which strikes me as a fair price..
Today's Selection:
Brighton 5.10 Gunnadoit to Win

At Doncaster today in the 3.35, Tell is of interest to me in both markets in this Listed event. The selection has some very smart form in the book, notably when running a good second to Creachadoir in Group company last year at HQ. Currently Tell is trading at [6.2] in the win market but I would suggest monitoring the market as he could trade slightly longer with the presence of a couple of horses that could be heavily backed in this race.
Later at Doncaster, Spitfire is a very interesting horse in the 4.45 run over seven furlongs. Last season he showed a remarkable turn of foot to win at the first time of asking at Warwick and in addition he has a win over the course last September in a warm race. It has been rumoured that the Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot is his target and I think he is worth a interest in this race.
Today's Selections
Doncaster 3.35 Tell Win and Place
Doncaster 4.45 Spitfire Win

At Doncaster today The Oil Magnate looks interesting in this maiden at 3.15. This Dr Fong gelding ran a super race last year when running a good second to Midnight Muse at a huge price in a Redcar maiden. Today he faces a couple of rivals with fair form but the stable is in form and he could be ready off the shelf.
Today's Selections:
Doncaster, 3.15, The Oil Magnate, Win

It's two from Towcester for Mr Shiambouros
At Towcester in the 3.05 I will be having a small investment on Grave Doubts in both markets in what is a weak event. Now that he is back in this grade I think he could run well at a price in this contest
Also at Towcester Realism looks interesting in the 4.50. Last time out he hacked up in a fair race at Newcastle winning by huge margin. Today the opposition is tougher but I think he can improve off that last effort and go close.I have backed the selection at his current price of [2.86].
Today's Selections:
Towcester, 3.05, Grave Doubts, Win and Place
Towcester, 4.50, Realism, Win

Wednesday 9th April
Front Of House is sure to trade at very short odds in the 5.20 at Ludlow and I have pressed the lay button at [2.38].
It is never easy to win a race of this nature under a penalty and there are some well bred individuals on show from some of the larger yards. He was impressive in victory last time out but this is tougher so he is a lay for me with little downside.
Today's Selections:
Ludlow, 5.20, Front Of House. Lay

Tuesday 8th April
At Southwell today in the 3pm, Woodhill Schnaps looks to have a solid chance of following up his recent victory over this course. Last time out, he quickened off a solid pace to win with enough in hand that he should defy his penalty. At present, he is trading at [2.58] on the exchange which seems fair.
Today's Selection:
Southwell, 3pm, Woodhill Schnaps, Win

Monday 7th April
One last chance for the selection as Nick begins his betting week at Kempton
At Kempton today at 2.40 I will give St Jean Cap Ferrat another chance in this contest. The selection lost nothing in defeat against Bouguereau last time out. In addition he race in a race behind Legislation last year at HQ and the form has worked out very well. His current price of [2.36] looks reasonable.
Today's Selection:
Kempton, 2.40, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Win

Thanks to Nick for informed, insigtful and successful advice.
As a matter of interest it seems that Nick's % hit rate is higher than the higher profile tipsters such as Priceright - is this correct?
