A very interesting runner makes up today's selection...
At Catterick today in the 2.25 Palomar is a very interesting runner in this decent contest. On his chasing debut at Kelso he was most impressive when beating Naiad Du Misselot in a fair event. Today he will face the classy Arcalis but hopefully his experience over fences will give him the edge in this encounter. Currently he is trading at [3.75] on the exchange.
Today's Selection:
Catterick, 2.25, Palomar, Win

At Wetherby in the opening race at 12.15 Teenage Idol should go well in this novice hurdle after making a pleasing debut over hurdles at Kelso. He finished a fair second to Grand Theatre but he expended a lot of energy that day by refusing to settle for his rider.Hopefully today he can relax and should give a good account of himself. At present he is trading at [3.25] on the exchange.
Today's Selection:
Wetherby, 12.15, Teenage Idol, Win

At Kempton today in the 2.05 the classy Punjabi is still improving and should go very close in this contest. He was impressive last time out at Wincanton when getting the better of Sublimity in a close run affair. Today he faces a decent field, but this gelding has a lot more to offer and should give his trainer another another serious candidate for the Champion Hurdle if he wins well today. Currently he is trading at [2.34] on the exchange.
Today's Selection:
Kempton, 2.05, Punjabi, Win

Today at Southwell in the second race at 12.30 Badge Of Honour is an interesting debutant for this large stable. This son of Storming Home is certainly bred to handle the surface and comes from a decent family. His conditioner is more than capable of having this horse ready to do himself justice on debut and I do not think this race will take a lot of winning.
Today's Selection:
Southwell, 12.30, Badge Of Honour, Win

Bobs Dreamflight should appreciate the return to six furlongs in the 2.30 maiden at Lingfield. He finished willingly last time out at Great Leighs to run second to Desert Strike over the minimum trip. I think this Royal Applause gelding has a little more to offer and should run well today. Currently he is trading at [4.4] on the exchange.
Today's Selection:
Lingfield, 2.30, Bobs Dreamflight, Win
